#1 Let’s overflow the cup !|Shinobue practice diary
As I wrote in my profile, the reason I started shinobue was that my heart was moved by the tone of the shinobue in a Shinto performance of "Kagura(神楽)".
Until then, I had no special interest in it at all. It's still really strange to me why it was so inspiring.
It's a little difficult for beginners to make sounds with shinobue. In my case, I could make low 6, 5 and 4 sounds quickly, but it was difficult to make really low sounds, and even more difficult to make higher sounds.
It's been three years since I started playing the shinobue. I think my playing skill isn't getting better day by day. I feel that after a period of no improvement for a while, the moment of improvement has come unexpectedly. If you compare it, it feels like it overflows when you fill the cup.
